I ordered 30 bottles of Zoflora spray, 330ml each, but ended up with just 6 disinfectant bottles instead. I paid £78 and got a messed-up invoice for PayPal. There was no phone number, and the email didn’t work. Thankfully, PayPal helped me get my money back. Seriously, steer clear of this company.

Not even worth a single star. They sent me the wrong item... The contact page is broken, but I did get an email asking about my problem... Wrong item came... No follow-up from them. Luckily, I used my credit card, so I'm going after them that way to get my money back. My advice... Stay away unless you’re okay with throwing your cash away... There are plenty of great online shops out there.

I gotta reach out to them regarding swapping a product, but there’s absolutely NO customer support. The email 'Contact Us' gives an error message, and it looks like there’s no other way to get in touch. Super frustrating!

I received some dog treats that had just a week remaining until the best before date. This detail wasn’t mentioned in the listing at all. When I requested to return the items for a refund, they only offered to refund the product cost, leaving me to cover the £5 shipping fee.

Just wanted to share an important update, so please disregard my previous remarks. I got two boxes delivered this afternoon, and my order is all set. They even threw in two free gifts: L'Oreal Pre-Shampoo Scrub. Now, being a bald 72-year-old bachelor, I find those gifts about as useful as a fart in a spacesuit, but hey, it’s the thought that counts!

My only gripe is the communication—or lack thereof. I didn’t get any email confirming my order or letting me know it was shipped.

That said, I’m planning to shop with this company again and would definitely recommend them.

On another note, I’m not too pleased at the moment. I placed an order last week and forked out £77.06, but still no confirmation. I’ve tried reaching out through their contact page, but it’s not working. There’s no phone number to call, so I’m thinking of escalating this with Trading Standards and my card provider.

I ordered Kiwi boot polish, but they sent me a counterfeit brand. When I inquired if it was genuine Kiwi polish, they just gave me some nonsense about it being the same product with a new label. I've been using the real Kiwi for 30 years—what a disgraceful service! I won't be shopping here again.

Got my order the very next day, talk about great service! The only hiccup was that I didn’t get an email confirmation, but honestly, it didn’t matter since it showed up so fast.

I placed an order for 6 cans of 300 ml Raid Fly Spray (the blue one). Instead, I received 6 cans of 300 ml Ant & Cockroach Killer (the red one), which I really don’t need at all. I reached out to Easho's customer service over two weeks ago to sort this out, but I haven’t heard back. I get that businesses are facing tough times, but I just want to receive what I actually ordered.

The disinfectants have such a lovely fragrance, you might be tempted to sip them, but that’s a no-go! ... Each bottle makes 10 litres of cleaner, and you can grab 6 bottles for under £5.00. The prices are just unbelievable. Plus, they’re vegan and cruelty-free—what’s not to love? 😊

Beautiful smelling disinfectants, that smell so good, you could easily want to drink them, but not advisable! ... The bottles make 10 litres of cleaning product, 6.bottles cost less than £5.00. Prices are so reasonable, it's untrue.

I've placed orders several times and it's always been fantastic. Their support team is top-notch as well. I ran into an issue with one of my larger orders where a box got damaged during shipping and needed to be returned. I reached out to customer support, and they promptly sent out a replacement, which I got first thing the following morning. Super helpful, speedy delivery, quality products, and fair prices.

After waiting 11 days, they didn’t bring my toilet paper. I sent three emails with no response, and then they just went ahead and canceled my order out of the blue. Totally inconsiderate and pointless.

This was my first time placing an order here after spotting a post on Facebook, haha. The service was fantastic! Super fast and simple! I can't believe I wasn't aware of them before... big thanks! It's always a treat to receive little samples too :)
